Nordingrågatan, Vällingby

I live in a 4-room, corner apartment right next to the Ådalen park playground in Vällingby. The room I rent out has a 90×200 cm bed, there is a bed frame of 120×200 cm but then a new mattress is needed. Electricity and Broadband are included 1000/1000 mb. I have chosen not to furnish the room because I have furniture throughout the apartment, so you can decide for yourself what you want in the room. There is a sofa, desk, dresser, armchairs, and table. There is also access to a private toilet. I have my own washing machine so you don't have to go to the laundry room. It takes exactly the same time to walk to both Vällingby center or Råcksta subway about 8-10 minutes. The subway to T-centralen takes about 25-30 minutes. Up in Vällingby center, there are all kinds of stores you can think of so you never need to go into town. If you want to go swimming, Kaananbadet is only 20 minutes away with lunch service and mini-golf. I currently have the cat with me so you cannot be allergic to cats. I do not want to rent to anyone who smokes, and if you are going to drink, you have to do it outside. I do not want any alcohol in the apartment. The reason I am renting out is that I am finishing my divorce. The wife and kids have moved out, so the apartment is way too big for me. 90 Square meters, and I have just become unemployed for the first time in 25 years.
