A 20-minute walk to the archipelago boat that takes you to the mainland and tram or bus in 20 minutes. I live in the residence myself but will live in Gothenburg during the rental period. Summer 2027 I will return and from the fall of '27, I rent out year-round. Water, garbage collection, and wifi are included in the rent.
