A pleasant three-room apartment in the scenic Björkhagen, right on the border of the Nacka Reserve. The landlord is SKB, which means there is access to a sauna, hobby room, gym, ping pong room, and several laundry rooms available for tenants. The area is well-maintained and very pleasant. The room is spacious at 12 sqm with two built-in wardrobes. A bed, shelf, and secretary are included in the furnishings. The large bathroom with a shower is mostly used by the tenant; I have the small toilet but use the shower in the large bathroom. We share the kitchen and living room and will agree on house rules to ensure it's kept clean and pleasant for everyone. My name is Anders and I am a retired creative craftsman and wood artist with a great interest in gardening. My daughter, with her husband and son, has lived here with me for four years but now has her own apartment in Kärrtorp. Therefore, I want to rent out a room. In the picture of the room being rented out, it's my daughter's bed, which she will take with her when moving. Instead, there will be a Brimnes daybed as a bed.
