Furnished/shared room in a beautiful turn-of-the-century apartment in Vasastan – perfect for a lodger student/s We are a couple of active retirees who travel a lot and are home during the summer and major holidays. Therefore, we are looking for a calm and responsible non-smoking student or students as lodgers starting from August 31. The rental is for at least two semesters, but there are good opportunities for a longer stay for the right person. The apartment is a charming turn-of-the-century flat of 93 m² in the heart of Vasastan in Gothenburg. The property was built in 1910 and offers generous ceiling height (3.8 m), fine light, and a pleasant atmosphere. Here you live close to both the School of Economics, the University of Gothenburg, and Chalmers. In the area, there are restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, gyms, parks, and all conceivable services. The tram stop is just a minute from the gate. This includes: • Own furnished bedroom of 11 m² (alternatively 22 m² or both rooms by agreement) • Access to the kitchen, bathroom, and the spacious living room of 36 m² • Furnishing with bed/sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, office chair, etc. • Broadband, electricity, heating, and water included in the rent • Quiet courtyard with bicycle parking and bicycle storage As we are away for large parts of the year, you will practically have access to most of the apartment, except for our private bedroom. Rent: • 7,000 SEK/month for a room of 11 m² • 8,000 SEK/month for a room of 20 m² • 12,000 + electricity & internet SEK/month for two people in the larger room of 20 m² • Max. two tenants total • Deposit: two months' rent (refundable upon moving out) We are primarily looking for a well-behaved student couple, but individual female students are also welcome to apply.
