The accommodation is for one person. No pets. The rent also includes clean towels and sheets once a week. We are looking for someone who is calm and orderly and who will only use the accommodation during the week (Sunday afternoon/evening to Friday morning). Therefore, not on weekends. Exceptions can be made by agreement, for example, one weekend/month but then the price is adjusted somewhat. We write a contract for a period, and the rental period can possibly be extended.
