Due to relocation, I am looking for a tenant who wants to take over and enjoy this fantastic place during the coming summers. I would prefer the cottage to be rented on an annual basis starting the 2027 season, or alternatively, the renting can start at the end of the current season. The rental is ongoing with a good opportunity for a long-term extension. I am primarily looking for a responsible tenant who appreciates cottage life and wants to spend the summers in a calm and natural environment and take care of the cottage as if it were their own.
