I am looking for a responsible and well-behaved person for subletting my apartment. I will be away for a period as I plan to live more out in nature while also seeking work in another location. Therefore, I am renting out the apartment primarily for 3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months if everything works well. The apartment is located close to the center and good transportation links. It is partially furnished and there are also household items that you can use during the period. Rent: 4,302 SEK/month, including Qasa's handling and security fees. Electricity: Additional cost based on actual consumption. For simplicity, the electricity contract remains in my name and I will forward the actual cost each month. Access: Flexible, but preferably from the 1st of next month. I am looking for someone who: - is financially stable and has no payment remarks - takes out their own home insurance before moving in - is well-behaved and takes good care of the apartment - communicates clearly and keeps agreements If you're interested, feel free to write a few short lines about yourself, your current situation, main source of income, and how long you are looking for accommodation.
