Laundry room in the basement and easy to get a time slot. Pleasant layout with generous spaces in the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. Smaller hall and bathroom. The rent includes furniture, bed linen, towels, inventory, electricity, as well as internet and streaming services if desired. I am renting out because I am trying living with another person.
