Student apartment of approximately 35 sqm in Spånga. The apartment has its own kitchen/kitchenette, bathroom, and a spacious room with space for both a bed, desk, and storage. There is also a built-in wardrobe. The rent includes access to a gym, study room, communal areas (including lounge/cinema), shared kitchens, and regular activities in the property. Water and internet included. Electricity and hot water are charged based on actual consumption (metering). Good connections with commuter trains and buses in the vicinity, with smooth access to central Stockholm. I will be moving abroad before my lease is terminated, which is August 31, and therefore I am looking for someone who can take over the apartment as soon as possible after the landlord's approval.
