Hello! Renting out a room + toilet/shower + hall on the upper floor about 20-25sqm as it mostly stands empty and is currently rented out on Airbnb. In the room, there is a double bed, TV, and accompanying sofa set. Radiator and element. In the hall, you have your own shoe rack and coat hanger.
