Det angivna priset inkluderar privat badrum. Lägenheten har två badrum, varav ett alldeles bredvid uthyrningsrummet så du kan ha det för dig själv om du så önskar. Prioriterar du lågre hyra delar du på badrummet med mig som har sovrum på andra sidan om detta badrum. Utflytt senast 14:e augusti. We prefer to rent it out to students or researchers at KTH or Stockholm University as both of these institutions are on walking distance from our apartment. I am a university lecturer myself and share my flat at the moment with my oldest son, 27 who works in the city. The room we are renting out is 12 m2, bright, fully furnished (see pictures), incl. a 120x200 cm bed. The view is towards a quiet street and the adjacent room is a shared living room. Included in the rent is shared use of kitchen, living room and hall. Cleaning responsibilities of these common spaces is also shared according to a pre-agreed schedule. Free until 14th of August. We can rent it out shorter term as well, but the rent is calculated for monthly rental.
