A lovely cabin with a large veranda facing the community's shared pool. The house is fully furnished and ready to move into. The house is equipped with both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, and radiators for extra cold weather support. The house is fully equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and a large wonderful yard. The house is about 65m2 and has two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom, then there is a large main room where the kitchen and living room are completely open. In Almunge, there is Ica, Coop, a bakery, a gas station, and a restaurant. The buses go to Uppsala, which is about 20 kilometers from the house. I am looking for a responsible person with a stable economy who wants to live in the countryside and enjoys having nature around them. Preferably someone who likes gardening and maybe growing things?
