The apartment is on the ground floor and is built by JM in 2024. It is an aganderatt (privately and solely owned by the owner) apartment. Everything is brand new and partially furnished. There is a bed with no matrass and pillows. Area rugs of various sizes are provided. TV and kitchen table can be provided if so wishes by the tenant. Absolutely no drug, no alkohol and no pets policy is strictly enforced. The tenant will pay for the EL and internet subscriptions. Cold/hot water and heat will be included in the rent. For QASA: The 600 is a charge for heating, cooling, warm and cold water which I pay along with the monthly association fee. Therefore, qasa can charge the tenant the 5.95% service fee ONLY for 10,000 not for 10600. Thank you and Cheers. Adem
