I love my house! I have spent a lot of time, effort, money, and love to get it just the way I want it. The house was built in 2014 by the previous owners, but I moved in here in 2021 and haven't really had any plans to move away. However, an apartment directly connected to my 81-year-old father's apartment in Gröndal became available, and it opened up the possibility for me to live close to him, which feels good. Therefore, I plan to rent out the house. I am flexible with the rental period but not so flexible when it comes to who gets to rent the house. It is important for me that you are someone who understands that a property requires maintenance even if everything is in perfect condition. The lawn needs mowing, the filters in the heating system need changing, etc. When it comes to maintaining the beautiful hornbeam hedge I have around my property, I hire an arborist for that, which means they come in late autumn to take care of all the leaves and manage it in the spring and summer. My dream is to find someone who wants to live here for at least two years, and maybe longer?! The ground floor consists of a large hall with good storage options, a toilet and shower room, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a living room, and a kitchen with a pantry. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom having an adjoining walk-in closet and access to a terrace approximately 25m2. The two smaller bedrooms have space for a single bed, desk, and wardrobes. There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Note that the bathroom's floor plan differs from the layout on the drawings. Upstairs there is also a TV room between the master bedroom and the two smaller bedrooms. The garden opens up for play, rest, and socializing. There are three storage sheds and an area that can be used as a greenhouse. On the gable of the house, I have a rental apartment of 20m2 with a separate entrance. It is not included in the rental agreement. The rent does not include costs for electricity, water, waste collection, etc. Regarding home insurance, I will keep insurance for the property, but you will need to get your own personal home insurance. If you want a setup where I remain on all the contracts, I am flexible about discussing it, but then the rent level is 35,000:-/ month + Qasa's fees.
