I'm renting my recently renovated apartment for around 6 months, I'm slightly flexible in start and move out dates. The apartment is just 5 mins away from the pendel station and it takes 18 mins to odenplan and 21 minutes to central station. There is newly bought bed, sofa, and standable desk and ergonomic chair available. In the kitchen there is fridge, oven, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, dining table with chairs and coffee machine. (I can also leave some kitchen utensils for cooking if you ask for it). There are two big laundry and drying rooms in the building. (It is possible to book laundry twice a week) Elevator available in the buildinf. There is parking right outside of the apartment, can be added to rent if needed (around 400 sek per month). Housing association has bicycle room, barbecue, kids playground, trash room. There is a big storage wardrobe available in the apartment. Maximum two people can live in the apartment. Although the apartment is only one room having a separate kitchen with door and window makes it more comfortable in the apartment. Wifi, Electricity, Water is included in the rent.
