We are now renting out our house in Skanör. The house is fully equipped, fully furnished, and in very good condition with a fantastic garden that gets sun all day long. We are looking for a tenant who knows how to take care of a house. The house is smoke and pet-free. The house is available for rent from August 2026 - until June 2027. We sign the rental contract via Blocket/Qasa. If you are seriously interested, read the ad carefully; these are the conditions that will be included in the rental agreement. The house can be viewed by appointment. Please, read everything, do not contact us if you have not read everything or do not fit what we are looking for, we only respond to serious inquiries. We reserve the right to choose a tenant as our house is very dear to us and we highly value the relationship/communication with our tenants. We have been renting out the house continuously for many years and have high demands on dialogue and respect for both parties' wishes. The rent is exclusive of electricity consumption, water, and waste, which will be billed separately by the landlord on a monthly basis. The average electricity cost spread over the year is about 1200-2500 SEK per month (about 12000 kwh per year) depending on the usage of heating, electricity price, and hot water consumption. As a tenant, you can choose an electricity contract with a 1-year agreement or variable. Fiber via 100/100 through Boxer costs about 400 SEK/month. Alarm via Verisure is included. Water/Waste about 700-900 SEK/month. NOTE - This is therefore NOT an offer for a permanent rental contract and you will not have tenancy rights. The house is for sale, which means that you as a tenant may need to prepare the house for viewing. The rent is adjusted for this, the regular rent is 21000 per month, now the rent is 19000 plus Qasa's fees.
