Small but well-planned room for rent until further notice from September or October only to vegan/vegetarian, south of south in Stockholm. Green line 17, final station. Skarpnäck. The apartment is bright, cozy, and creative. Large living room with mini-gym and a furnished, hang-friendly balcony. Two toilets. Normal kitchen, and more. 💚 The room is furnished with a loft bed, two-seater sofa, bedside table, a small wardrobe, desk, wooden chair, and some props. Upon moving in, the room is cleaned. Clinically. The same requirements apply upon moving out. Cleanliness is very important, and you must be smoke and drug-free! The apartment is quietly located with lush surroundings. Skarpnäck is beautiful. We are surrounded by nature with jogging and walking paths, including to the Nacka Nature Reserve and Flatenbadet as well as Hellasgården and Söderbysjön. All within walking distance. There is a pharmacy, library, pizzerias, hair salons, grocery stores as well as a gym and a flea market. Bus stop around the corner, it’s an eight-minute walk to the subway. Twelve minutes into Söder. We have Hemköp nearby which has a very good vegan range and relatively close to Willys. We share kitchenware and clean and wash after ourselves. It's not 'first come, first served'. There's a collective feeling here with clear, normal, ready rules. You should be calm, stable, and respectful. We live separate lives but care for each other. Currently, there are two vegans in the household. The choice to be vegan/vegetarian is important. It's not a 'requirement'. It's a security. This is simply a vegetarian home.
