We rent out a furnished room on the second floor of our villa. The floor is intended for renting and consists of three rental rooms and shared spaces. However, the rental part is separated with a wall and door, providing clear separation between the floors and a private living environment. We are looking for you who We are looking for a calm, orderly, and responsible tenant who shows consideration to other residents in the house. To create a pleasant living environment for everyone, we wish that: * The room is rented by one person and is not intended for couples or families. * No outside guests are brought into the house without agreement. * No smoking occurs in or near the property. * Alcohol is consumed in moderation and in a way that does not disturb other residents. * Communal areas are kept clean and well-maintained. We primarily seek someone who wants long-term housing and who wants to stay for a longer time. However, to ensure both tenant and landlord feel secure, we start the tenancy with a trial period, allowing both parties the opportunity to ensure that the housing and satisfaction work well before the rent continues long-term.
