We are therefore looking for responsible tenants who want to take care of the house as their own. The house has large social areas with a large living room with a cozy fireplace, a separate dining room with an adjoining smaller room (e.g., for an office), and a large kitchen with high ceilings and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The private section is upstairs with two large bedrooms and a smaller one with good closet storage together with a bathroom. The terrace and garden with pool are in a lovely south-facing position, and there is a cozy half-enclosed veranda under a roof in a sheltered western position. The house is located in a quiet and family-friendly area with the forest as a neighbor and 250m to the sea. There is proximity to the primary school (Nyhamnsskolan), services with fantastic food supply (Ica Skeppet), as well as good connections to Höganäs by car, bus (100m to bus stop), or via the cycle route right outside. The plot is along a 50 km/h road but is well protected behind a high hedge and a fully enclosed plot, and Strandbadsskogen is on the other side of the plot. A 250m forest walk takes you to the beach and lovely beach walks. There is also a cycle path outside where you can have a nice bike ride to Kullaberg in one direction and Höganäs in the other.
