A room for rent to WOMEN ONLY! WOMEN ONLY! (cis/trans). Since my current tenant has moved out, I am renting out again a furnished room in my 2-room apartment in Alby, Greater Stockholm (which I rent in the first place). 1 year at a time with the possibility of extension. Possible to rent for shorter periods! The house is located 1 minute from Alby subway entrance, 5 minutes from Alby Centrum (grocery store, health center, etc.), 10 minutes from ICA Maxi. At home there is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, robot vacuum cleaner, handheld vacuum cleaner, all dishes, and furniture. NOTE! I rent out the bedroom which has a door. However, there is no wall between the living room (where I live) and the kitchen. Therefore, the room is rented only to women so that I feel safe when my whole life is exposed to my tenant. There is a cat at home. I work and study partially from home. RENT: 5200 SEK, everything except electricity included. In addition, 1/2 of the actual cost of electricity depending on our consumption. NOTE NOTE! It is important that you as a tenant have sufficient income and always pay the rent on time.
