Located in Husie/Videdal in eastern Malmö, 10 minutes by bike to Värnhemstorget. Close to nature, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Good bus connections with local/regional buses to the city center or Lund. The residence is best suited for one person. Parking opportunities (free) are available on the adjacent street. You should have no payment remarks and be a responsible and orderly person with respect for nearby neighbors. We are primarily looking for a tenant who wants to take care of their nice little house and courtyard. The Attefall house is smoke and pet-free unless you have a miniature schnauzer (non-negotiable). Top-loading washing machine available. No dryer or dishwasher. We who rent out are a couple aged 56 and 54, somewhat boring but young at heart with children who have flown the nest, and if you need help or assistance, we are happy to help. The rent includes: heating, electricity, water, garbage collection, and wifi/internet.
