I'm renting out my two-bedroom apartment in the quiet Mariekäll area, with a 10-minute walk to the city center. The apartment was built in 2019 and stands out, being extra cozy due to the slanted ceilings and large bathroom. The apartment is perfect for someone who lives alone or for a couple. No extra fees apply, as everything except the parking space is included in the rent. There are good parking opportunities in the area.
