Villa Nysäter is a charming wooden house in turn-of-the-century style. The house was built in 1929 by Banker C.P. Persson, who built the house for his daughter, who ran a café and bakery in the house for many years. The apartment is on the third floor with slanted ceilings. It consists of a hallway, located on the second floor, with a small hall, kitchen, living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and windows facing southwest, bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. In the passage between the kitchen and living room, there is a sleeping alcove with a double bed. There is also a lush garden with fruit trees. The apartment overlooks the charming garden, fields, and meadows, as well as neighboring houses in turn-of-the-century style, including the old station house and a soldier's cottage. The small village of Björketorp is located in the middle of the textile region and the beautiful Viskadalen, which stretches between Borås and Varberg. There are plenty of communication opportunities with both train and bus stops within about 100 meters. It is commuting distance to Varberg, Borås, and the Gothenburg region. Within a few minutes' walking distance, there is also a popular fast-food restaurant with home-cooked meals and soft serve, as well as a pizzeria with a serving license. The village also has a preschool, as well as primary and middle schools. It is about 10 km to Horred, where there is a health center and an ICA with a post office. It is 11 km to the nearest shopping center in Skene (Willys, Rusta, Elgiganten, Normal, Team Sportia, and the liquor store). In Skene, there is also a hospital, secondary school, high school, and swimming pool. The municipality's ice rink is in Fotskäll, which is 7 km away.
