We rent out our cozy cottage on the property, perfect for those who want to live quietly and secluded. You have your own furnished patio where it's easy to sit down with a cup of coffee and unwind. The rental price includes all costs such as; electricity, heating, water, and garbage disposal. The cottage contains a bright room with a nice soapstone stove that spreads warm comfort and gives an extra cozy atmosphere. A kitchenette and toilet are in the cottage. Private entrance to a private shower is in the main building's basement. Shared laundry room. Free parking is available on the villagatan outside. The cottage is located in a residential area in Tyresö. It's about a 5-10min walk to the bus, large grocery store (Willys), gym, and restaurants. Buses run every 5-10 minutes to Gullmarsplan. The travel time is 14 minutes. Tyresö Centrum is within a 15-minute walk from the cottage. Nearby are forest areas, running trails, and a golf course. Cycling to the nearest beach takes about 10 minutes. Tyresö as a community is pleasant, with sports facilities, cinema, bowling alley, and close to the sea.
