Centrally located 2-room apartment about 5 minutes walking distance to Central Station and travel center, 7 minutes to the city, 20-25 minutes to the university. Rented out furnished. I am going on a language trip and therefore will need to rent out my accommodation for an extended period. The tenant should be orderly and careful with all the inventory in the home. The tenant should respect and show consideration to the landlord and neighbors. I do not want a messy tenant who arranges parties at home. Rent payment should be made no earlier than the 25th of each month or at the latest by the last banking day of the month. Upon moving in, there will be consumables available for use if desired, such as dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, freezer bags, etc. All such items that can be consumed should be replenished the day the apartment is handed back. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room with booking board. Bicycle storage. Internet included in the rent (Bahnhof 100/100 SEK 499/month) Waste disposal house with sorting of food waste, household waste, cardboard, and glass. Other waste is sorted at recycling stations, nearest to Coop Gamle Tull. Cannot offer storage space/storage room in the basement.
