Bright and well-maintained 2-room apartment of 34 sqm is rented fully furnished from June 22 to August 16 while I am on a work assignment out of town. The apartment is located in Ullern, in a quiet and attractive area with close proximity to public transport, shops, and great hiking opportunities along the Lysaker River and in Mærradalen. Here you get a nice combination of closeness to nature and easy access to the city center. The apartment has one separate bedroom, a modern kitchen, a washing machine, and a pleasant balcony/patio. It is rented out fully furnished, and both electricity and internet are included in the rent. The accommodation is well-suited for one person or a couple who want a comfortable and practical home in Oslo during the summer. Rental for the entire period is preferred. There is parking in the area, but space is not reserved and therefore cannot be guaranteed. The rent is 18,500 NOK per month, including electricity and internet. The deposit is to be agreed upon.
