The bedroom has a 160cm double bed and, if needed, a travel cot (for under 2 years old). In the hallway closet, you will find a vacuum cleaner, iron and board, and a general cleaning agent and cleaning bucket. In the summer, it is possible to have an air conditioning unit in the apartment. The sun shines almost all day on the living room side. ** The tenant also has the opportunity to use the laundry room in the building, which has a washing machine (chargeable, 2€ per load, operates with 1€ coins) and drying rooms. Additionally, there are separate storages inside the maintenance building and outside where bicycles can be kept. There is a reserved heating pole spot for the car, where the vehicle can be parked during the visit, and in winter, the car can be kept warm (max. 2 hours at a time with a timer). In the summertime, there is a barbecue area in the yard where you can grill and relax. **
