We are renting out our apartment at Gammelgård from 01.07.2026 to 11.10.2026 (flexible dates), with a possibility to extend through 2026. The apartment is a basement apartment with a beautiful view of Tromsøysundet. The home is located in a quiet area close to nature and nice mountain trails. There is a short bus ride to both UiT/UNN and Tromsø city center (15 min). Thon Senter Pyramiden is only 5 minutes away, with shops, a grocery store, and cafes. The kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2025, when new flooring was also laid in the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedroom. The bathroom was also updated in the summer of 2025. Number of rooms: - Entrance - Bedroom - Storage room (which we use as a bedroom) - Bathroom - Large living room/dining room - Kitchen with open plan - Veranda - Walk-in closet The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom is furnished with a 180x200 bed. We currently use the storage room as a guest room, and have a 180x200 bed there as well. The living room has a large sofa and TV, and the dining room has a large table with six chairs. Cable TV and internet are included, the tenant makes their own electricity agreement. Smoking is not allowed, pets can be considered. Suitable for 1-2 people or a small family.
