Nice apartment with a townhouse feel. Private patio and entrance, access to shared garden and grill. Close to transport (bus to Mörby center/Danderyd hospital/Täby center) and other amenities such as grocery store within walking distance. Rent includes everything except electricity, broadband, and parking. I am renting out this residence while awaiting sale, which will happen no sooner than August. I will of course try to negotiate an exit with as much margin as possible so that one has time to find new/move out, but I can guarantee at least one month's notice period. Having said that, viewings will take place, and therefore it is important that the furnishing remains the same.
