I have a furnished room in central Luthagen that I'm renting out from July 1st and onwards. You get a room in a townhouse, where there are currently four other students living; you have access to the entire house yourself, like a collective. This room is large, almost 25 sqm and located on the basement floor. It's a mix of exchange students and Swedish students aged 23-28 years. You share the kitchen and laundry room. The townhouse is on three floors, which is nice because there are large common areas. The rent includes everything imaginable, such as water, heating, electricity, and fiber broadband, as well as a furnished room. 3 minutes by bike to the campus and the Cathedral.
