A classically furnished home in a COMMUNITY HOUSE. At least one tenant should be over 47 years old. It is possible and even desirable for them to participate in community activities. There can be 1-3 tenants, e.g., a single person, a couple, or parents and a child. The apartment is on the second or first living floor. On the ground floor, there are common areas for the community. The large balcony faces south, with morning and evening sun shining there, but the neighboring building partially obstructs views and sunlight at midday. A large 9th-floor rooftop terrace offers views in all directions, including the Cathedral. The apartment is a fully equipped home owned by the owner. The community house has a library, gymnasium and equipment, craft space, green room, dining hall, and fireplace room. There is an opportunity to participate in affordable community dining on weekdays. Across the street is the Kalasatama shopping center REDI, and there is a metro station there. Tram 13 runs nearby to Pasila, and buses run from close by to various directions in Helsinki. The minimum rental period is 1-2 months. The tenant sets up their own electricity contract. The water fee depends on consumption. The tenant pays a water fee advance.
