I'm a postdoctoral researcher that will be taking up a position in South Africa, and wish to rent out my 68 square meter apartment that is fully furnished and overlooking the waters edge and Grimsta forest. The bedroom (16 square meters) has a beautiful view and has a luxury coach as well. The Building has lifts, fully equipped laundry room, cycling room, barbeque facilities, and located overlooking Grimsta forest and water pond, with lovely nature walks, and beach (Kanaan badet)... Close distance 250m (5min) to Råcksta station (green line), and within walking distance to Vällingby and Blackaberg Centrum. Only 20 mins and 30min to St. Eriksplan (Karolinska Institutet) and T-Centralan (City Centre) train stations.
