We are renting out a bright and cozy studio apartment of about 65 sqm in a quiet area on Roald Amundsens gate. The apartment has its own entrance and contains a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a combined bathroom and laundry room. Internet is not included in the rent. The location provides proximity to most amenities – Kvadrat, Sandnes center, Stavanger, and Sola airport, as well as good bus connections and grocery stores nearby. Radon fans are installed, and measurements show very low radon levels. Pets can be discussed. Parties and smoking are not allowed. We require a reference from previous rental agreements. We are open to tenants regardless of background, as long as the rent is paid as agreed and the house rules are followed. Are you interested?
