Built in 2019, a bright, detached, and modern guest house on a private plot with a living area of approximately 37 sqm, is available for rent in a quiet residential area near Täby Kyrkbyn center with excellent communications. The guest house is located behind the main house with its own entrance and screened patio. The guest house has a small hall, a bedroom with space for a 160 cm wide bed, a fully tiled bathroom with washer/dryer, a combined living room and kitchen with all mechanical equipment, high ceilings, access to its own patio in a southwest position, and water-borne underfloor heating throughout the house. Parking is available for rent right outside the front door. The residence is rented furnished/partially furnished according to the agreement. We are looking for single individuals or couples (MAX 2 people) with a steady income who hope to rent the residence for a longer period. Occupancy can take place on September 1st or later by agreement. Rent: 10,000 SEK. Deposit: 2 months' rent. Internet, water, and garbage collection are included. Electricity consumption is not included in the rent but is paid retrospectively. With normal consumption, about 800 SEK/month on average for 2 people. Smoking indoors is not allowed. It is also close (between 100-400 meters) to several different buses. Bus 611, 610, and 690 go to the subway in Danderyd and Vallentuna. Bus 616 goes to Täby Centrum. Bus 524 goes to Arninge center and Upplands Väsby. NEAR SERVICES In Täby Kyrby center (about 400m) there are grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, gyms, medical centers, etc. Sports facilities with several jogging tracks, outdoor gym, and football field.
