Fantastic location on Södermalm, Unique cultural house that is well managed and belongs to Stockholm's cultural history. Close to everything, all kinds of communications, Close to the renowned Mosebacke and the green area by Katarina Church... Included: Electricity, Hot water, Heating, Internet, and Insurance. You should be used to living with others. Wanted: non-smoker who, like us, cleans our rooms and common areas :) We are pleasant and considerate. One tenant and me. We take care of ourselves and rarely run into each other. The apartment is large. A small and cozy room is for rent. I am responsible for whom I have living with me in these houses... so friends meet tenants in any of the 'venues' available at Söööder :) Shared kitchen, bathroom. We rarely cook but it happens, and you are of course welcome to cook as much as you want ;) Lee
