Accommodation is rented out: 1 Sep. 2026 to 31 May 2027 - The house was fully renovated 6 years ago - All kitchen appliances are new (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, and microwave), including a washing machine in the utility room. - The kitchen is integrated with a dining area for 6 people - Living room with sectional sofa and armchair + TV - 2 bedrooms (a double bed and a bunk bed) - Bathroom with shower - Wifi included - Everything included except electricity (heating = heat pump and extra electric radiators). I rent out the residence during the winter months to responsible students, in the summer I use the residence myself.
