I want to rent out our beloved 5-room apartment in Vällingby. Close to the subway with about a 2-minute walk, with the center around the corner where all the clothing and gadget stores you need are, and lots of grocery stores (Willys, Lidl, Coop). The swimming hall is across the street with a gym and there are 2 other gyms in the center. The apartment is rented out partially furnished with 2 beds, a large TV in the living room and sofa, as well as 1 sofa bed in 1 room. There is a large bathroom with a washing machine that has a built-in dryer, and a bathtub. There is 1 smaller bathroom with a shower connected to 2 rooms. There is a dishwasher. There is also a laundry room in the building with its own laundry and drying room. The plan is to rent out 1 year at a time, with a good chance for extension. The rent is 18,000 SEK cold rent (excluding electricity). Requirements for you who will rent the residence: You as a tenant must be able to show an employment contract with a permanent position. If there are two of you renting, you both must provide it and sign the contract. A deposit of one month's rent must be provided when exchanging keys. You who rent must have good communication with me as mail comes to the residence and will be picked up every month.
