Hello, we moved abroad for a few years and therefore are renting out our apartment in Uppsala. It's a 3-room apartment (actually a 4-room one where two rooms have been merged into a master bedroom) on the first floor that is suitable for a couple or a small family. The apartment is furnished and the price includes TV, internet, heating, hot and cold water, and parking (garage). It's located near a shopping center with stores, a swimming pool, and a library as well as close to nature (Gottsundagipen, Ekoln). Bus connections and bike paths into the city or to the university/SLU are very good. The apartment is available to rent from 15.08.2026 to 30.04.2026 (or by agreement) with the option to extend.
