We are moving to Norway for a while and renting out our lovely semi-detached house in Dalby. It is rented out furnished. The house is located in a cozy car-free courtyard with 50 meters to Skrylleskogen. On the ground floor, the home offers a bedroom, living room with access to a wooden deck and garden facing south, fully tiled bathroom, kitchen, utility room, also with access to the garden. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, a family room, a walk-in closet, and a fully tiled bathroom. We have closed an additional bedroom for storage. It is 11 sqm and has been deducted from the actual size of the house, which is 152 sqm. The rent includes water and internet, but not heating and electricity.
