The rental period is at least six months, with the possibility to extend. I am renting it out due to work in another city. Rent & Deposit Rent: approx. 9,500 SEK per month, including electricity, heating, water, TV, and fiber internet Deposit: 2 months’ rent The first month’s rent is paid upfront Home Layout The apartment is located next to Folkets Park, close to Möllan, and within walking distance of Triangeln. It is on the 5th floor without an elevator and has the character of an attic apartment with slanted ceilings and a cozy layout. What’s Included The rent includes electricity, heating, water, TV, and fiber internet. The apartment will be partly furnished, and no bed is included. If needed, I can adjust the furnishing level — for example by adding or removing furniture, or providing a bed — depending on your preference (unfurnished, partly furnished, or fully furnished).
