The apartment is rented partially furnished and has plenty of storage, a fully equipped kitchen with a combined oven/microwave, and a bathroom with a combined washing machine and dryer. Kitchen equipment, vacuum cleaner, iron, and other practical household items are included if desired. Personal decor will be removed before moving in so that the residence feels like your own home. The large furnished patio becomes an extra living room during the summer months. It is protected from view. Outside, there is a quiet grassy area rarely used by other residents. The location offers the best of both city and nature. By bus, you can reach Slussen in approximately 12–16 minutes, and the communications to Stockholm, Nacka, and Värmdö are excellent. Coop is opposite the house, and ICA is around the corner. Within walking distance are Nacka Forum, Sickla Köpkvarter, Nacka Strand with SL boat, and Långsjön and Nyckelvikens nature reserve. Garage is available in the building and accessible by elevator. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, broadband, TV, Apple TV, as well as existing streaming services and TV channels (excluding music streaming). I am looking for a calm, orderly, and responsible person or couple with stable finances who takes care of the residence with care. Pets are welcome upon agreement. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
