Feel free to contact us directly if you want to see the apartment! :) Hello, We have moved to Norrköping and therefore want to rent out our nice condominium indefinitely. The rent includes broadband, heating, and water. The tenant needs to independently sign a contract for electricity and home insurance. Good to know about the apartment: - The apartment is a 3-bedroom on 78sqm with an open floor plan. - It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the nearest subway, which is Rågsved. From there, it takes about 23 minutes to T-centralen. There is also a bus that stops outside the house which, among other places, goes to Högdalen and Huddinge C. - Enclosed balcony with a view towards Snösätra / Rågsveds nature reserve. It is easy to open up the balcony if desired. - There is a dishwasher. - There is space for a washing machine in the bathroom. (Right now there is a washing machine, but we have not decided whether it will stay or not). There is also a good laundry room in the basement with washing machines and a dryer. - We have a good wardrobe in the hallway where there is room for a stroller. There is also storage for strollers and bicycles at the entrance. - There is a large elevator that simplifies moving! - There will be a larger aquarium in the storage room, but there is plenty of space left. Parking Free street parking is available on Bjursätragatan. The housing association also has a parking garage, we have been in line for almost a year for a spot. The cost for a spot is 313 SEK/month and the notice period is 3 months. The pictures in the ad are 1-3 years old. We are looking for non-smoking tenants, but pets are welcome!
