Room for rent in shared apartment – Jakobsberg/Söderhöjden I am renting out a partially furnished room in a cozy and well-planned apartment in a quiet and nice area in Jakobsberg. I am a 19-year-old girl who recently graduated from high school. I study and work on the side and am often not at home, which is why the room is often empty and I now choose to rent it out. I am looking for a social, mature but respectful person to share the living space with, preferably around my age. The apartment is spacious and functional with shared areas such as kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The room for rent is partially furnished and can be adjusted as needed. The rent includes electricity and water, as well as access to shared areas. TV and internet are included, and there is also Netflix connected to the TV. Very good location with about a 10-minute walk to Jakobsberg station, where commuter trains take you smoothly into Stockholm C (20 min). ICA Nära Söderhöjden is just a stone's throw from the residence. Quiet and pleasant area with both services and green areas nearby. There is also a dog park in the association right next to the residence. Pets and smoking are allowed. Move-in is as soon as possible and the rental is long-term.
