Now renting out my apartment which is a 1-bedroom in Ormkärr/Hagsätra. The apartment is up for sale so you must be prepared for the possibility of showings here and there that you must be able to adapt to, but of course, you will be informed well in advance. It is located about a 5-minute walk to the subway and 20 minutes to Stockholm City. The rent includes electricity but not broadband.
