I have now taken the big step to study abroad for several months, & therefore I plan to rent out my apartment. The apartment will be rented out furnished. It's a 2-room apartment of 50sqm, one bedroom, living room & kitchen. The apartment has morning sun & evening sun which provides the apartment with nice natural light throughout the day. From the living room there is access to a balcony, small but big enough for two. The bathroom with shower is smaller but serves its purpose. Except for the dishwasher, the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has a small storage room that I use as a closet. The apartment is centrally located in Gothenburg with about 3 minutes walk to the stop, 10 minutes to the central station, with several options of tram/bus. Access to laundry room is available with a booking system. Recycling facilities are located just outside the apartment. There is access to a basement. Parking is available for rent as well as paid visitor parking. I currently have two cats living with me. So traces of cat hair will be in the apartment!! If you happen to be a cat lover & want to take care of my two babies, it can be discussed. But the apartment is rented out without the requirement that they live there. Move-in around September & move-out is negotiable.
