The parts I'm renting out are a large bedroom (25 sqm) next to the kitchen for 5500 and another smaller room (15 sqm) connected to the living room for 4500. The house is in good condition, the reason I'm looking for housemates is because the rent has become too high for me to pay on my own after my family moved out.
