The apartment is located close to the forest and nice walking trails. Free car parking is available along the street outside the residence. The apartment is 1.1 km from the nearest bus stop called trekanten (about a 10-minute walk) and 12 km to Uppsala central station. The rent of 7000 SEK includes cold water. Electricity usage and heating are calculated based on personal consumption, about 300-400 SEK per month. Broadband and home insurance are signed by the tenant. The apartment is rented out via Qasa. The notice period is 3 months for both parties. Who am I looking for? A secure and reliable person with a stable income. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the residence. The association has rules of conduct that must be followed. The association requires two references. You should not have any payment remarks. Pets are welcome with certain restrictions.
