Hello! Due to work in another location, I am renting out my apartment at Slussen in Malmö over the summer. The apartment is available from July 1 to August 31, 2026, with very flexible dates. It is a two-room apartment measuring 45 sqm with light coming in from three directions and windows facing a quiet courtyard. The bus stop is right outside the door, and it is within walking distance to both Malmö Central Station and Värnhemstorget. Therefore, it is easy to commute to, for example, Lund or Copenhagen. Additionally, there are restaurants, bars, bakeries, and cafés just around the corner. The apartment is rented out furnished, and the basic rent is 9000, with electricity and internet additional. A deposit of one month's rent is required before moving in. I am looking for someone who appreciates Malmö's city life but otherwise enjoys taking it easy at home.
