Unfortunately, I have terminated my lease for this apartment as I am moving abroad, and am therefore looking for someone to take over the primary contract from July 21. The owner of the apartment is a young Swedish woman living in Stockholm who is very nice, helpful, and easy to deal with. I have lived in Östermalm for a year and rented several different apartments during this time, and this has without a doubt been the best. The bedroom faces a quiet courtyard, making it completely silent – you never hear any disturbing noises. The apartment is completely renovated and I was the first to move in after the renovation in January 2025. Everything is modern and in very good condition. There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, combined washer and dryer, freezer, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The apartment feels spacious and airy, and it also has a fantastic balcony that is perfect during the warmer months of the year. The rent is 21,000 SEK per month and includes all costs (electricity, internet, Qasa fee, etc.). Appointments for viewings can be arranged by agreement.
