Please read before making contact: This room is ONLY available Monday thru Friday! Not weekends. That's why the rent is set lower. I am primarily looking for a weekday commuter with a partner/family in another location where they want to go on Friday. If the travel distance is long, it is fine to get access to the room on Sunday evening. The apartment is located at the top of a 3-story building in a well-maintained association, in a quiet and leafy area. It is close to both subway, bus lines, grocery store and walking areas. As a tenant, you have full access to your furnished room, as well as shared kitchen and bathroom. The rent includes electricity and internet. I, who rent the apartment, work full time and need to bolster the cash, while also needing my home for myself on weekends. I am a woman in my 60s who works as a teacher.
